The degree is normally undertaken over 2 years (Part I and II). Part I involves 3 courses worth equal marks and a research preparation course, part II consists of a research thesis. The research components are worth 60% of the total. The degree is awarded with or without honours. You must have a thesis topic and an agreed supervisor before you can enroll.
