Course Details
International students are fully immersed in the New Zealand experience. All lessons are in English, with ESOL support being provided if needed. Senior students must have good spoken and written English. Our classes are small, with individual care and attention given to each student. Springbank School offers the highly-regarded International Cambridge Curriculum at all levels. At senior level this includes; Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Art & Design, Physical Education, Enterprise and Business Studies, Information Technology and Geography.

Junior School: Years 1 - 6 (5-11 years of age)
Middle School:Years 7 - 9 (11-14 years of age)
Senior School:Years 10 - 13 (14-18 years of age)
Years 1 - 13 tuition fees: NZ$14,000 per year

Accommodation
Springbank School is a signatory to the New Zealand Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students. International students are well cared for by the International Student Director, who liaises with your child to ensure that they are happy and comfortable in their new surroundings. The International Student Director arranges homestay accommodation, monitors the student and their homestay family and personally collects the student at the airport. Regular email contact is maintained with the student’s parents. Each international student enjoys living with an approved New Zealand family, where they will be treated like part of the family. Full accommodation and board is provided for NZ$220 per week.
Enrolment
Springbank accepts students of all ages, from preschool to Year 13. Students below the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent. We can assist with finding a suitable home for the family while they are living in New Zealand. Each student’s academic programme is designed to suit their needs and ability and caring staff liaise closely throughout the student’s time at Springbank School.
