Auckland is New Zealand’s largest city, with 1.3 million people.

The Division of Community Health provides a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree for graduates in health or related professions. It is a full-time two-year degree. The first half is based on course work and is the same as the Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health . The second half may be a thesis research project or courses together with a dissertation. Students who have completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health may credit the qualification towards the MPH degree.
