ENZ is committed to ensuring that the reputation and standing of the NZSA group and its members are upheld; and that the NZSA group remains a meaningful and valuable industry body for its members and all other stakeholders. As part of this commitment ENZ will deal with any complaint made about an NZSA member.
The NZSA Agreement states that an NZSA member should never publicly criticise or accuse the NZSA group, individual NZSA members, ENZ, or any other stakeholder of bad practice without substantive evidence and the opportunity for ENZ to investigate any such evidence prior to public disclosure. Therefore, whether the party who believes that they have identified an NZSA member breach is an NZSA member themselves or not, their first step should be to raise their concern directly with ENZ.
