All course registrants are encouraged to take time to read the New Zealand Information for Agents. This forms the basis of the Specialist Agent training course. There is a lot of information for course participants to take in on the day, so becoming familiar with the information prior to attending the course can certainly prove advantageous to participants – improving their knowledge retention and ability to pass the assessment at the conclusion of the course.
