ENZ Commitment to NZSA Members

ENZ is committed to ensuring that the reputation and standing of the NZSA group and its members are upheld; and that the NZSA group remains a meaningful and valuable industry body for its members and all other stakeholders. As part of this commitment ENZ will do the following.

Actively foster the quality of membership

•    ENZ reserves the right to update and change any aspect of the NZSA Agreement and associated Membership Criteria.

•    Should any change to the NZSA Agreement be required, ENZ will issue an updated NZSA Agreement for each NZSA member to recommit to for the remaining time in the current membership period.

•    ENZ will investigate any alleged or suspected breach of the NZSA Agreement by an NZSA member, in an objective, unprejudiced, timely, and discreet manner; and with the assistance of any other institutions, businesses, or person ENZ sees fit.

•    If an NZSA member is found to be in breach of the Agreement, ENZ will issue it a formal letter outlining the NZSA Agreement non-compliance and seek adequate redress, to be defined on a case by case basis, and within a timeframe defined on a case by case basis.

•    Any subsequent or continuing non-compliance occurring within a time frame defined on a case by case basis will result in ENZ lapsing the Agent’s NZSA membership with immediate effect. This applies to the Agent as a whole and all key personnel of this Agent whilst still employed by, or associated with, the lapsing Agent.

•    However, should any upheld complaint be considered by ENZ to be extremely serious in nature, ENZ reserves the right to lapse an Agent’s membership with immediate effect at any point in the process.

•    ENZ will undertake a formal renewal of membership every 2 years based upon set criteria.

Effectively communicate and remain informed

•    In a timely and accurate manner ENZ will communicate to all NZSA members (by a variety of means including E-news), new information that it judges to be imperative or advantageous for NZSA members to operate and prosper in the New Zealand market.

•    ENZ will consult NZSA members on issues of importance regarding their country and New Zealand export education.
